This is dj slavs myspace site for self-produced tracks which are in the myspace player for everyone to listen to. The site is also for showcasing the lastest mix samples by Dj Slav, for everyone to listen to, download or add to their profile.
At the age of 23, Dj Slav has been mixing for around 6 years starting off on hard house for the first year before switching after losing interest and wanting more of a challenge. Dj Slav aka slavic edwards is from cannock, drum and bass is the music he mixes, he can also mix other sorts of music but feels none are as interesting as drum and bass. He is known around his local area for playing sets at Dillusion and for smaller nights such as his birthday bash and a few others. He was also linked with garry k for a set at random concept but due to unfortunate circumstances he had to drop out of the dj'in scene for a while, only to come back with new tunes under production and a 3rd deck added to his set up for multiple deck sets and scratching input which is under practice at the moment. At the end of 2008 he got to work with PTG and co-created Outbreak, a cannock based dnb night showcasing local talent and featuring special guests, with a monthly night fixed at the U Bar in cannock town centre. Also he now has a weekly radio show on ADR (www.afterdarkradio.info) so big things are to follow. Expect anything from one of his sets as he keeps track on all the latest promos and varies up his style in every mix! fast paced floor-fillers all the way back to jungle classics can be expected at anytime!
