The History Of Dj SlayerX
SlayerX is a Dj, producer, solo artist, promoter, writer, and model from Portland, OR. He spins the best in Electro/Breaks/Club/Fidget/House & Industrial/Rock Infused Electronica, writes and produces his own acoustic/pop/industrial/electronic/symphonic/alternative/rock infused electronica, and produces and promotes music for a variety of dj's, solo artists, bands and crews in Oregon and the Northwest.
He was born in Portland, OR on 10/21/1985 and has had a keen ear for music since age 10. He has sung and played guitar in 2 bands; Monoxide and Steel Abyss, and has continued work in conventional music under the solo artist name "SlayerX" for nearly 4 years now. He has been producing music from home for nearly 5 years and has had the honor of working with, promoting, and in some cases playing with some of the most talented local and indie names in Oregon.

Causes I Support & Why!
Reasons:
1. You can't help those who won't help themselves. If someone wants to do drugs a law isn't going to stop them, more than likely it will do a piss poor job of even deterring or slowing them from doing drugs, and in some cases it may even encourage people to do drugs. (Don't believe the last statement? Do your research. More alchohol was produced per capita during the prohibition period in the U.S. than any time since and thorought history humans have shown a tendency to struggle against authority, sometims, for no particular reason even.)
2. It costs way way way too much money to fight this war! Money that could be used to keep people alive, for health care reform, roads, buildings, disaster relief, technological developement, etc.
3. The basis for this war is based on a set of moral standards and values that not everyone agrees to. Thus it is a breech of freedom and in some cases can even be concidered discrimination against certain religious practices performed with psycadelics in some India and Pagan religions. If we truly are a "free" country then it shouldn't matter if you disagree with someone's drug usage or not...they should be allowed to be "free" with or without your "moral approval".
Reasons:
1. Marijuana is 100X safer than alchohol and over the counter and perscription pain meds. Most perscription pain meds are opium based, can cause mood disorders, are highly addictive, cause stomach ulcers, headaches, nausia, diaria, withdrawls, even siezures, heart attacks, etc. MARIJUANA HAS NEVER KILLED A SINGLE SOUL BUT PERSCRIPTION PAIN PILLS ARE ONE OF THE LEADING CAUSES OF DEATH WORLD WIDE! WHICH DO YOU THINK SHOULD BE LEGAL?!?
2. I'm a chronic pain victim myself. I have a cracked disk, 4 bulging disks, sciatica in my upper and lower back, chronic migranes from these back troubles and spine injuries, and degenerate disk and bone disease. I've been put on vikodin and after awhile it made me sick, confused, angry, and eventually my body rejected it. I've been put on oxycotton, percaset, and morphine all with the same or similiar outcome...I because irritable, addicted, the dosage went up and my money disapeared. I was suicidal at times. A mess. A true wreck! I'd much rather smoke or injest an herb than smoke injest an opiut any day...especially synthetic opiuts whose long term effects haven't been tested thoroughly enough in my personal opinion.
3. I've had 3 friends in the last 2 years die from perscription medications like pain pills and anxiety pills that they could have avoided taking by smoking or injesting marijuana.
4. Once again...I don't think it is right that in a "free country" some other person's morals dictate what medicine I can and cannot use.
1. Because its written in the Constitution of the United States of America.
2. Because if some crazy cracked out mother fucker who wants to rob you more than likely has a gun, you should be able to blow his mother fucking head off with yours as he comes in the door.
3. It makes killing things much more efficient. Efficiency means less time spent killing, which means more time left for whatever else you have planned for the rest of your day. :)
1. Equal rights in marriage... let gays be gay and straights be straight. Who cares...its not hurting you right?
2. Equal rights for male and female. This means both ways you feminist extremists!
3. Equal rights for blacks, whites, yellows, pinks, blues, aliens...your mom...ok ok ok...you get the picture.
