All new world Soldiers - Not all of us are fortunate enough to be signed to a successful label or have the resources and connections to start our own but that don't mean shit. Some of the illest cats I ever seen, heard or met are mere shadows amongst the underground who don't pursue this artform as a means of financial freedom or claim to fame. The term keepin it real applies to all you soldiers who love the beats, lyrics, and culture that this mainstream media bullshit attempts to replicate and steal then in-turn attempt charge us money or put us in jail for "pirating" or even sampling. Real artists have a real message not just a catchy beat and hook and all the true heads recognize this... Major labels buy up the shittyest "talent" and force it down your throats and until the mainstream brainwashed sheep get their heads out of their asses hip-hop and rap will always be two completely different genres. Shouts to Special Teamz, Talib Kweli and Immortal Technique (and many others) for helping me decipher the real from the fake and not being afraid to speak the facts. I'd like to give a shout out to everyone of you kids I've met on street corners, parks, clubs, bars, parties, etc... If I had the time and mental capacity to remember everyones name, place and time then you best believe you'd be listed under this section.
Love to everyone who's ever: danced in a crowd while I rock the decks, given me daps after a show, sent me an Instant Message during an internet broadcast, formed an intelligent idea with your own brainpower, and not been afraid to live from the heart. Humans understand the basics of right and wrong, fuck all the added distraction and keep livin to be good people.

And more recently hip-hop and reggae bands such as Speak, King Author, The Fear Nuttin Band, DPR.
"Locally I began my career as DJ Skeletor in the Boston/New England scene playing mainly smaller rave events and after hours. In 2001 while living in california and after discovering another DJ Skeletor existed I switched my alias to Soul Rebel, inspired while listening to classic Bob Marley wandering the streets of Humboldt County on an acid trip with nothing but a discman. I've had several residencies in northern california and became a local hot pick for drum and bass, electronic music and hip-hop events. After moving back to New England in 2002 bookings had become pretty scarce but i've had the pleasure of performing at the Asylum, Springfield, MA and on WERS's Revolutions and had a weekly internet show on drumandbasstv.com and dnbradio.com. I'm currently working closely with 508's own Speak! to bring you the freshest hiphop shit possible. If you're a promoter please hit me up if you're looking to book hot up and comers. If you're a local fan, I do my best to get out and drop promos, if you'd like a copy of any mix on CD and are unable to download, feel free to drop an email, myspace message or hit me up at a show and i'll reserve one for you and pass it off to you at an event. I love beats and will continue mixing and scratching till the day that i die, big ups to all the local heads who continue to inspire me as an artist. Special shouts for inspiration to (but not limitted to) DJ's: Venom, Static, Mistah Lex, Jet-Eye, the Deck Demons crew, Mr Matt, Neil Baxter, Josh da Funky 1, Pleasurhed, Creashine, Robin & Alexis, Seishi, Drama, Perseus, Craze. Also props to all my friends for supportin my passion for this artform and giving me daps as I've progressed."
RIP: Derek Cedrone, Hydroglyphic aka Kieran McDonald, David Cedrone, Elizabeth Cedrone aka Lee, Robert Klein aka Bobby, Arthur Klein, all righteous people no longer with us.

IB4 ep part 2 is the second episode of a cd compilation dedicated 100% to the drum'n'bass sounds of Italian producers. Most of the artists on Italian bassline 4 are quite well known and recognised worldwide for their skills, experience and talent. The Cd is mixed by dj NK ( Hallucinator) who provides the solid mixing, spinning a healthy dose of exclusive dubplates to add to the pressure for creating a powerful 50 minute mix in the process. The second chapter of this "Italian Job" contains the most liquid side of the mix and a bounus track...
