Hakkımda: New York's DJ SPIDER has been releasing Deep, Dark House, Minimal Tech-House, Dark Ambient Music & Noise over the last few years. Also know under the moniker SPIDER BITES, he is involved in many forms of electronic music making.
Well known for being a resident DJ at the long running "Deep See" Weekly party in New York City, he also runs the label, Plan B Recordings along with Lola, who is also a resident DJ at "Deep See". Over the years he has played along side EMan, Lola, Mike Huckaby, Derrick Carter, Rick Wilhite, Rick Wade, Karizma, Slam Mode, Keith Worthy, DJ Pierre, Todd Terry, Quentin Harris, DJ Spinna, King Britt, Doc Martin, Sean Deason, Shawn Rudiman, Joel Mull, DJ Qu, Alex From Tokyo, Jellybean Benitez, Danny Krivit, DJ Disciple, Fred P. aka Black Jazz Consortium, Jus Ed and so many others.
His deep knowledge for the music that he plays & his vast music collection has kept him on top of his game. He keeps people coming back for more each & every week. He still plays vinyl almost exclusively & does not play MP3's!!!
He has been involved in music almost his entire life, from playing Drums, Trumpet & Guitar. He Produces & Engineers all of his music & has also worked with many other great musicians over the years in and out of the studio.

Franco Cangelli stands for an uncompromising quality punch, spiked with motorcity soulfulness, Chicago jack while still gently pushing the envelope. Feel free to call his music deep techno, Detroit techno, deep house… he doesn’t really care about monikers anyway.
Hailing from Gent Belgium, he made his debut with the successful 2005 release Spectre on Belgian imprint Toys For Boys. Since then he went on to release on various labels such as Sushitech, Aesthetik, Seventh Sign, Persistencebit and his own imprint Mowar.

Some house, a bit of soul, a touch of funk and a load of jazz (influence at least). Blend that lot together and the result is something a little bit different, laid back and refreshing. Every other Wednesday afternoon (14:00-16:00 gmt) on SS Radio Deep and Soulful.
