In the early 90's Alici decided to exchange his musical life from classical to the more adventurous world of dance. After signing his first record deal in 1992 things happened fast and many big selling records saw his star rising as a record producer, live PA and DJ. The use of many aliases enabled him to make different styles of music and create a situation that allowed him to releases many records in a short period of time. By 1998 his discography was so big that most dj's in the world had at least one or more of his releases in their record box; resulting in massive support of his works. That year brought him instant recognition and success all over the world with Dave Holmes 'Samsara' and Steve Morley 'Reincarnations'. Now - more inspired than ever, he unleashed another string of club hits such as Clubbers Delight 'Without you', Starchild 'Redemption and Soulman 'Put your house'. This resulted in him signing exclusively as Alici to Cream and was the first ever artist to release on the label. After the signing of Starchild 'Redemption' to Slinky he decided it was time to move to the UK. After a period of intensive djing and working on more commercial projects he returned to his first love; Trance. It took a few more big releases in other styles, and a lot of thought before he made up his mind for a final time and would; from now on - go with the name of Steve Morley. This proved to be good for him and releases such as 'First Light', 'Sacrifice' and the recent re release of 'Reincarnations' all proved to be as successful as his earlier works. With his massive experience as a DJ having played famous events like Cream, Trade, Heat, Knowwhere and residencies in London and Ibiza, he is now determined to become an even bigger name.

GERMAN: Dies in nun die 6te PsyExperience Open Air , die wie jedes Jahr in der schönen Natur im Herzen von Mecklenburg-Vorpommern stattfindet , wo sich jedes Jahr ca. 1000 Freaks versammeln, um ein schönen Start in den Sommer zu verbringen. Astrix returns to the UK for his most ambitious tour yet. On Fri 30 January he makes his debut at Bgham’s Q Club alongside local legend Sabretooth, who’ll be launching his new album, and Dejavoo live. Then on the Sat he’s following in the footsteps of dance music greats Tiesto, Paul van Dyk and Infected, taking on one of the world’s top venues, the o2’s incredible Indigo. As well as playing a live set of upfront tracks from his forthcoming third album ‘Red Means Distortion’ — and of course all the classic tracks that have kept him in the DJ Magazine Top 50 for the third year running — he’ll be launching new digital EP ‘One Step Ahead’, a limited edition multi-media production available on USB stick only. He’ll also be bringing along HOMmega label mates X-noiZe, Krunch and Delirious, who’ll be joined by the Antiworld residents. With X-noiZe and Krunch launching their new albums ‘Wheel of Misfortune’ and ‘Booster’, this promises to be one of THE psy trance events of 2009. The credit crunch is hitting everyone hard and we know you want to party more than ever… so we’re keeping advance ticket prices as low as we can. As our New Year’s present to our loyal fans, all advance tickets are being kept to just £20 (London)/£12 (Bgham) and capacity restricted to 1200 (London)/600 (Bgham). But be warned — at the time of going to press almost half of the tickets for o2 were sold out already!!!
