Sounds Like
I sound like no one! I do try to take my experiences from the London electroclash and DnB scenes and bring them to the Detroit arena, try to do something a little different from what the other folks around here are doing.
I like looking in my record bag anytime that I'm out at a gig and having no idea where anything is, then just kind of running the set through pure feel. I'm working on music a lot of the time and when i get around to it, I'll post some tunes up. Anyone who knows me though, knows that I am a super perfectionist when it comes to me actually letting anyone hear anything I'm working on. Lately, I've been focusing much more on DJing than producing, but the production stuff has been on my mind a lot so some new tunes are on the way folks. Promise! Check out the mix cds (they're all nicely cut up into individual tracks so you can skip around more easily) that you can grab out of my blog postings and enjoy!
I might be checking this party out: Saturday 16 February Federation Loft Party presents Crush on You italo, disco, house 201 East 16th Street, 6th Floor 10p until 4a, $3 entry with rsvp only to: iamnyproductions@yahoo.com
Yo man long time no talk. I have had some time to think about this and it is too bad you are leaving. I wanted you to start writing lyrics to be the lead singer in a musical experiment. What? NO Drummers???
