DJ Swed Lu is the upcoming star on the 1s and 2s.
His amazing and unique style of performing New School Hip Hop
mixed with Old School Black Music
and already forgotten heavenly Soul Classics makes him indispensable for
the so called Black Music Scene.
Not only his elaborated skillz on the turntables,
which he has proven very often when winning several DJ Battles
on Germany’s largest Hip Hop Radio JAM FM,
but also his phenomenal taste and song selection
catapults him into the Top DJ List of Europe’s Greatest.
The parties with DJ Swed Lu on the turntables are transformed into
unforgettable experiences with a slightly urgent feeling
to attend and wait for his next appearance.
Like many others he was fascinated by the Hip Hop culture
and Black Music in a very young age.
With the age of 7 he started listening to RUN DMC, PUBLIC ENEMY and DE LA SOUL.
Time passed by and the passion which he developed for this culture
became stronger and bigger by every day.
By buying his first turntables he marked his future and the way
he would participate in the Hip Hop Culture.
He spent his freetime practising and striving for better skillz and techniques.
After a while he was offered several small warm up gigs
and perfomances at house parties and clubs.
His self confidence increased and motivated him to participate
in some decisive DJ Battles and Contest with the expected success
which paved the way for bigger and greater offers and club performances.
But being a good DJ meant also to be in everyone’s ears and cd players
therefore he began to record many Mixed CDs for promotional use
which were distributed in shops and clubs, at festivals and concerts
and also in the streets.
He worked with famous Djs like DJ KOOL, DJ Spinbad,DJ MEMBRAIN
and other NYC star DJs like DJ Yooter & DJ Camilo.
DJ Swed Lu is planning his European Tour 2008 now
and will be definitely performing in a club in your town.
