About me:

I am 29yrs old and live in Essex, not the typical Essex boy though, although my car is a Ford with 17" alloys on it! I work as a forklift truck driver in Rainham 8-4, Mon-Fri by day standard stuff really but it pays bills. By night however i am a DJ which gives a whole different twist on things. I DJ on serioussoundslive.com every Mon 6-8 playing oldskool UK garage mainly but am also into jungle/drum n bass. My garage and jungle is mainly from the years 1995-2000 meaning i've got loads of records which take up alot of space (sorry to my lovley girlfriend Christina), but i wouldn't have it any other way. I used to dj on Flava 87.6 every Sat 2-4 about 5 years ago (Big up Breaky-D), then i played on touchfm.com tues 6-8 which was quality at the time but after a couple of years had to give it up. But i couldn't just jump out the game that easy so i opened a record shop. This was like living the dream and i did for around a year but again had to give it up due to the partnership i had. You want something done right do it yourself thats what i learned from that. When i shut the shop however i kept all my links (Big up DJ Teknik) and alot of stock aswell, which meant i kept myself busy trading independantly which was alot of fun and hard work but very satisfying. During this time around 2004 i decided to start collecting house music because it wasn't costing me nothing and the stuff being produced was wicked.
