The best way I find to get my Magnesium is with 2 heaping tablespoons of certified organic cocoa from www dot frontier coop dot com, a tablespoon of raw organic coconut oil, a tablespoon of raw agave nectar, a few drops of vanilla, add hot water, mix and drink.

I find the better I feed myself, the better I feel everyday. I have been experiencing this trend for six consecutive years.
