DJ/Music Background
Since the early 80’s I have been involved
with HIP HOP culture. It all started out
with the whole break dance craze right
around the time Beat Street was in every
theatre across the country. The moves seem
to come natural and the music moved me like
no other. My roots lie in the early Rap and
Electro that started in the 80’s with Arthur
Baker, Soul Sonic Force, Hashim, etc… from
the point I tried a little bit of every
thing from Rapping, graffiti, and rocking
two turntables. Growing up with one of the
80’s top ten scratch dj’s Sound Machine,
mixing was a part of everyday life. I
started mixing freestyle in a local teen
club on sat nights and just branched from
there into actually producing dance tracks
myself. My goal is to become a recognized
producer in the industry underground or
mainstream. I want people to know when my
name is on something they can count on
getting on the dance floor. I like to
incorporate other players with my stuff to
keep it on the cutting edge. I named this
whole idea Deep Theory so I could basically
have a large crew of people to collaborate
and fuse different styles with. I am
currently working on my main Project
