Hello and welcome to my myspace. My name is Wayne Smart, Am a dj, producer, label manager of encoded music. I play out all over the uk playing hardhouse, filth, hardtrance and funky house. Ever since i was a kid i loved dance music, i couldn't get enough of it. Buying all the new dance albums as soon as they come out and dancing round the house.
When i was 17 i started to go clubbing and when i entered my 1st club and saw every1 dancing for the 1st time just put a big smile on my face, that was it i was hooked and i've never looked back since. I started djing in 1999 with all the tidy records i could my hands on. I started playing out in 2002 for local night's and really started to make a name for myself. But playing local wasn't good enough for me, i wanted to play out everywhere and get my name heard. Then i got my break with acomic energy. Things turned out so well i was made resident and was playing at every event. But at the end of 2003 i was in a really bad car crash and broke my leg, i lost everything i bulit up and couldn't dj for 3 years. Now am good again im trying to finish what i started.
Am lucky to have played along side big dj's like Ed Real, Sol Ray, Kevin Energy, Kutski, Mishka & Injector, The Nu Energy Collective, Group 185, James Lawson, Simon Eve, Jupe, just to name a few. I've also played at night's Megabyte, Pulse, Mantra, Poison, Overload, Global dance, Touchy feely.

For 2008 looks a very good year, i've been made resident at southend's hard dance night 'Concept'. Which has all the biggest dj's playin at. And warming up for the likes of jp and jukesy just tells you how far i have come back. And with gigs coming for frantic the year looks good. But most of all having the joy to work with scott genetik in the studio has been the turning point, not only is a good friend but shit hot at making music. The track i did with him called 'gigabyte' is getting played out up and down the country most weekends. And now i've been made resident at encoded music.
Hey mate, yeah have heard about your next one and reckon I should be able to come down for ya!! Last one was a jumping night so hopefully this one will be too!! Ooh and with a high roof should be easier to spin in too :-) Can you text me the details of it please just so I've got it written down!

Added you now:) No, I haven't made any tracks myself yet I'm afraid. That is my dream, but just haven't put myself into it enough to get results... But are planning to do a collab this summer where I can bring my ideas and hopefully learn how to make it happen
I originally set out to produce 'Hard House / Hard Dance, but I come across bounce a few years ago, and loved it, but yes im always up for other work if you have any, or i could work on some original stuff, im actually producing some 'uk hardcore' atm, and Stephen is doing the vocals for us. look forward to hearing from you fella ;)
