anyway, I spin from electro house to funky house to some nice dope progressive house depending on the party and the mood. I prefer progressive house tho, it now runs through my blood! haha
I currently have no damn equipment. I had to, well..didn't have to, but I sold my stuff in order to pay off some tickets. (instead of paying them with a job, like any other decent working member of society) haha. I MISS THEM! :( soon ill get my technics back and perhaps some pioneer cdj's so they can all look cute together. awww

DEFTECH(TEKNO:BLP:DUSTCITYMUSIC) Being the creator/founder of this website, Deftech is no stranger to electronic music and Prodigy's - Music for the Jilted Generation is to blame, but in the best way possible. It was an introduction to the music he would embrace and continue to collect for going on nearly 15 years. After getting to know co-worker Cromeens and eventually Zeller (circa '99), it made him want to start collecting the tracks that were underground hits for the time and was consumed by the music and culture. By early 2004 he was purchasing digital tracks from the beast that is Beatport and started getting into the mixing stage of things and would practice at "The Elmwood House" which happened to be Zeller & Cromeens' home and notorious afterparty hotspot. A year or two later he and DJ Spy would become friends and have weekly, if not daily, practice sessions at Deftech's townhome.
