XRS Land is a place where emotions become characters, and melodies imprint color and temperature to objects of our daily life. A sunflower divided between the sun and the moon, burning of love. The winter is always blue, although scenarios and hearts might be on fire, red and gold. Drum patterns are the background for water oscillations. Journeys from south to north, underwater, through our beloved oceans, bring the present of our life, of the mud of which we are made.
Tupy's label boss XRS features on TP004 with two precious tracks. Composed over the past three years, these tunes have made a long, slow way across oceans before settling down to fabulous grooves and the delicacy of samba melody themes. Blue fairy is the universe of dreams, of what is yet to come, of what, although known from advance, is still non-expected. Supernova is a futuristic samba love song dedicated to, well, you gotta learn Portuguese! Every start has an end. And every end is the start of something new.
