Yosamite has been performing for. . . give or take 10 years. At, let's see, weddings, anniveraries, birthdays, gay pride parades. . .uh. . .office parties. . and so on and so forth. The truth is, DJ Yosamite is world renowned for his charming personality, his technical ability, and his uncanny ability to get both the boys and girls backs up off the cafeteria wall, or it could be a gymnasium. With a sharp focus on Hip-Hop, he also delves into musical gendres that the unexpecting public would not expect (of course). From funk, soul, house, techno, drum & bass, breakbeat, pop, r&b, rock, classical, country, reggae, top 40, polka, bosnian, arabian, bulgarian, african, banjo, etc., etc., yadda, yadda, yadda, you get the point. DJ Yosamite is a boundry breaker, so don't come up to the DJ booth and ask "You have that song by. . .?," because I definately won't. So just dance and be quiet.
As one-half of the dynamic duo, The Triggermen, (the other half of which is the ill-ustrious Hysteria 51), Yosamite continues to show that he can be a team player and remain behind the turntables if he has to.
