Influences
My Grandfather in W.W.II played in The Army Band and from that he was albe too play with "The Glen Miller Band". He wrote music and played allown side Glen Miller. my grandfather was the last person too see Glen Miller alive, so think of how hard that must too have been on him. but after the war my grandfather played music and wrote music for all the greats of that time. like B.B. King & The Rat Pack & many many more great there is way too many too list. But all he was paid from these guys back then was just a few bucks a box of cigars and prolly a bottle of jack and that was it. Plus you have too think about the industry from back then, there wasnt any managers or contracts or ascap or bmi or interscope or how many units did i sell. "Back Then It About The Music" not the money, sure the money helped but it was really about the love of music in genrreal and remember this too the guys and women that started this off went threw the depression and proabition and the start of the unions plus 2 great wars and freedom. so when they played the music they played for everyone not just for them selves or the money they played for the country. this is just a small reason why i try too do what i do, but i'll never forget this reason. it's part of my past and my future. My Grandfather Name was "Ernie Bacon".
Biz Zar Enterprizes Inc. was founded on the Internet streamline in September 2006. The Founder, Mont Travis Phillips II (aka DJ Zar), from Cleveland Oh. Delivered a concept to underground artist across the globe, covering all music genres. The concept was to give unknown, unsigned independent artist an outlet to be heard. It seemed to be an instant success. Artist from across the nation and beyond started to send Mont Cd’s to be played on his online station, www.biz-zar.com and as a keeper of promise artist that mainstream radio listeners have never heard, were given a chance to be judge by everyday music lovers. Don’t get it twisted, being underground doesn’t mean that Biz Zar Enterprizes doesn’t have love for the mainstream because not only does he include mainstream music in his programming DJ Zar also collaborates with a lot of A and R reps, producers, DJ’s, labels, record companies etc… to help artist get signed.
The Music industry is not the easiest of professions to break into not only does it take a lot of hard work and dedication it also includes advertising. With 40k plus hits a week and over 5.3+ million hits and growing since its birth, our website offers artist an outlet that targets scouts, labels and more.
