Visiting his first warehouse Acid party in 1989 Zen became attracted and addicted to Techno and Acid music and the forthcoming lifestyle.
Collecting the best tunes and mixing for fun at home Zen developed very talented skills for djing. His ability of mixing smoothly various styles in a perfect flow impressed friends and many party people.
Soon he grabbed the attention of organizers and promoters and many bookings followed. On the dance floors he managed to create atmospheres of ecstasy and euphoria. A international crowd of spiritual and lovely people grew around him. The music he played connected perfect to the music of the parties in Goa. Zen became a dutch pioneer of Goa Trance. A new scene was born!
Since that time Zen has been organizing many clubnigts and parties. Bringing over the most talentful artists from all over the world. Having weekly gigs in Amsterdam Zen grabbed international attention. Gigs around Europe and Israel followed. Sharing the stage with world's famous artsts (Juno Reactor, KoxBox, GMS, Tristan, X-Dream, Astral Projection, Hallucinogen, Ticon, Orion, Phoney Orphants, Beat Bizarre just to mention a few). This way he inspired lots of people to play, enjoy and produce psytrance music.
Since 2001 Zen took a slightly step backward to focus on other passions: Graphic- and Web Design. Nowadays he found himself in a perfect flow to combine these passions. Besides djing he started in 2008 to develop the production of his own sounds. Over all these years many different styles of dance music passed his hands. One style in particular kept his full and special attention: Progressive Trance.
In his sets you can expect the unexpected! It's always full of surprises with a magical touch. From pumping, atmospheric Psy Trance to deep groovy Progressive Trance. Everytime Zen manages to create a beautiful flow of various atmospheres, grooves and hypnotizing beats. This all combined with smooth and perfect mixing qualities makes him a beloved and respected dj.

The duet project of Bassid vs Pradox is an example of one of these chance encounters. Every track is a masterpiece guiding you through thought, travel, dream, and freakout through dance. Their sound is flawless and full of inspirational harmonies. Bassid vs Pradox’s music is one reason why Arkona Creation Music and Art Label has been created! 1. JAMON... Imagine being in a funky ping-pong game of sounds in an animated battlefield. This pumping bass beats and intriguing background pads of whistling, flying, and shooting keep your body moving and your mood in curiously high spirits.
2. TRAMPOLINE... Is a progressive piece of musical cake filled with funky bass and combined with a variety of percussion elements to propel you slowly across the dance floor. As if on a magical train expelling colorful steam, we are transported to a fairy tale land full of funky characters.
3. UNLOCK... With instinctive synths and a progressive trance bass, this track is an intelligent blend of technique and style. The abysmal depth of tunes build up a ritualistic intensity which can easily guide one through the 5th dimension.

This situation represents pretty much the musical atmosphere of Krama's second album: Mighty bass structures form a clean and solid foundation, on which sunny melodies swash out of trancy depths, accompanied by forcing rhythm structures. Since 2001, Dimitris Violitzis and Elias Garanis from Greece have constantly developed their very own definition of Power Progressive Trance.
The epic flow of their music is inspired by their musical background, which includes minimal Progressive Trance on the one hand but also classical and Celtic music, New Age sounds and even some Metal.
The intense effectiveness of Krama's tunes could already been witnessed on many different Progressive floors where the two dudes always delivered excellent shows.
