About me:
It's my new-new MySpace profile, ...fixed the URL.
The Zen of ZiN. I'm a DJ, musician & multimedia artist that's into Gothic, Industrial, Synthpop, Darkwave, EBM, Dark Electro, ... the list goes on. I've been involved with the music scene & DJing for many years under different names. But "ZiN" is my new ID, hope ya like it.
I've done FM radio DJing, internet radio DJing, and a little bit of club DJing. I don't claim to be much of a club DJ & I have great respect for those who do it regularly and do a great job at it.
In addition to DJ stuff, I've played in many bands, done live sound mixing and studio production work for bands (some video production too), as well as had the opportunity to interview some fantastic bands and artists. (And somehow got to travel all over the world in the process).
Recently started doing some new things like a bit of metal sculpture and designing & building electronic devices for audio & MIDI manipulation.
Don't have a whole lotta time to customize this page so it's gonna stay kinda generic, at least for a while.
I'll accept friend requests from most people and bands, but please don't abuse my comments section as your personal billboard (that means you, bands). If it's a small to medium image, fine, but I will delete the huge ones and I will delete comments that are trying to sell stuff, not related to music (I think I'll call it "comment spam"). [... you know who you are].
I plan to put up some actual pics, when I get around to it. But really, I wonder how people with loads of pics have the time to do it.
