Sounds Like
We are preoccupied and dedicated to the preservation of the motion of the hips
"This could be the worst thing in the world. Its like crashing round at the D-Karts house, and waking up to find them sucking your cock' - Kunt & The Gang
"A D-Karts gig is an intense experience, like being sprayed with fecal matter." - Brian Bumsex
"Listening to the D-Karts is worse than sex. A lot worse, actually." - Jason Shepherd
"Up next were the D-Karts - they played, sounded like the Bee Gees with some bongos, and left. Yawwwn" Jamie Crossan jockrock.org
'One of Glasgow's best funk bands. You gotta love these guys, they are just plain crazy' Element Magazine August 2006
'They started off badly, tailed off slightly in the middle, and the less said about the end, the better. But apart from that excellent!' Captain Blackadder
'The Wee-Farts are, without hyperbole, a million times better than every other band in the universe' - One of the guys from Franz Ferdinand (maybe)
"Not unlike Chas & Dave. Never as good though." Chas or Dave
"Other artists include Bela, Wake The President, D-Karts, Samantha Seth, The Punchline Is Murder, Fokara, Daybreak, Laker and Futuro" Vivienne Nicoll, Evening Times
'No bad' - Kay Lockhart
'I love the bass players face' - Mrs McLaughlin
"Bar none, the greatest band in the world, without a doubt" - 'Dangerous' Dave Skinner
'A band slicker and more efficient than Kate Moss with a bag of charlie' some guy said about a band once. That band may or may not have been us and he may or may not have said it at all but more importantly we have managed to fill a space in what was once a vacuous box...
We are the D-Karts. The masters of verisimilitude bring funk attitude for the multitude from a great altitude. Were a Glasgow based band, our apartments smell of rich mahogany and have many leather-bound books within. You will be, I promise, staggered by the awesome power of a fully operational D-Karts...
And here is a photo of a couple of our fans:
Plus Dave HAS seen Branson's 'pickle'. His opinion: manageable.

2 nice deep & driven tracks with a very ethnic sound. You can really hear the influence of Spain in Danny's production on this one.

Having released a couple of tuneful albums with theAudiologist and Soni Jimm since my last LP, "Fear of Mathematics", Section 27 Netlabel brings you "Wrpdata”, containing 14 tracks full of chunky, breathy and some would even say pleasantly broken breaks, some good-time-mind-fuck glitch, a few (thankfully blissful) orchestrated mixes featuring the talents of Pinklogik and theAudiologist (also acting as co-producer on this release) respectively, and ends sweetly with some beautiful spoken word poetry by the lovely aussie Cindel Waddington.
A delight on the sensory organs from start to finish, "Wrpdata" is available now for *free* download. Licensed by Creative Commons.
