DLG Foundation is here to counsel, mentor assist with the furtherance of education, bring closure and/or stability to a young person's life, and to mend the relationship between Parents & Chidlren and any area of their lives that we can assist in.
We are also here to help them talked through their striggles and issues, and try to move on from any hurt and/or disappointment. What I have come to realize is that so many times children are swept under the carpet, when they are the ones that needs to comforting, mentoring, ministering to the most.
We are here to throw out the LIFE LINE, to protect our babies from drowning or getting in over their heard. It is our assignment to pull them into saftey, and show them that there are many positive avenues that will empower them to be the Mand or Woman that they have been called to be inspite of what life and statistics say they should be!
It is my job to instruct each person that is assisted through this foundation to take the blinders off and Walk Into The Destiny that have been set for them!

To see hurting children & young women achieve closure on issues in life that has attempted to knock them out. To see these same people receive employment, counseling, education and anything to better help them achieve their goals and purpose in life despite the tragedies they have experienced.
We (DLG) are here to help heal the hearts of hurting children, for I understand first hand the levels of pain, anger and void that a child faces while trying to get closure and we are here to the children of our community to just that during this season in their lives.
We are here to propel each child into their Destiny & Purpose despite what the past, family dynamics, or society says.
Here's A Little About Daddy's Little Girl:
She is the founder of Daddy's Little Girl Foundation, a Victims Advocate Organization that serves Children Whose Parents and/or Siblings who have been Murdered.
La'Chandra D. Holliday-Jackson was born to the late LaVan E. Holliday and Loraine Lewis on July 22, 1978 in Jacksonville, FL.
She attended several elementary & middle schools in Jacksonville and Mayport, FL. Despite negatives influences, negative assessers and mismanaged opportunities, La'Chandra graduated one year early, June 1996, Duncan U. Fletcher (Go Senators)
All of La'Chandra's life, she has been beating the odds that were placed against her. She faced many obstacles in her life at a very early age,waching her mother be physically abused to being molested by a relative at the age of 5, and then for two years by a friend of the family, to seeing her father's murder at 9 years old by her uncle, three days after her grandfather passed from Lung Cancer and even experiencing physically abuse herself, she still over came ALL Obstalces.
Even though she thought she could never recover, God knew what he was doing in her life, and that was taking her though the refining process.
On September 7, 1996; La'Chandra married her High School Sweetheart, the Rev. Dr. Percy Jackson, Jr.; even though La'Chandra & Percy experienced four miscarriages, through it all,four miracles were birth; Summer Shani', Percy III, Autumn Renee', & Ja'Lon-Joshua.
God has impregnanted La'Chandra with passion and the heart of ministry for hurting children and women, she is determined to not abort but carry this baby full term.
La'Chandra is very excited about what God is doing, and grateful for what he has done as well as anticipating the next move in not just her life, but everyone she comes into contact with.
Remember, despite what road blocks, detours and/or road closures you may run into, Continue to Walk Into Your Destiny and Purpose!
Who I'd like to meet:
Children and Especially Young Girls/Women who have experienced Losing a Parent(s) to Violence!
Children and Young Adults that are looking for Counseling, Mentoring and Ministering.
Children and Young Adults that would like to attend College, however just do not have resources and maybe just need an incentative to follow thier dream of becoming a college graduate.
Especially High School Juniors and Seniors, needing a Scholarship for college.
