D'Lilah Monroe and The Tom Cats were formerly the notorious and popular San Francisco Bay Area Roadhouse Swing band, The Chazz Cats. The Chazz Cats played and toured from 1995 to 2004, at which point band leader Charlie "Chazz" Casey decided to focus on other areas of his life. The lead singer, local diva D'Lilah Monroe, and the remaining Cats wanted to get back swinging this year and so have reformed under a new moniker, adding ace San Francisco guitarist Mark Holzinger. Swing on!!
