Music
Difficult listening.
Movies
I worked 2 days a week at an independent video store just so I could brainwash their clients with my taste in film. My list of beloved films is longer than I care to type.
Television
Nothing I like is allowed to stay on TV.
Books
Currently reading... a host of boring tech manuals.
Last 5
Just finished...
"The Gun Seller" by Hugh Laurie
"Kitchen Confidential" by Anthony Bourdain
"You Can't Win" by Jack Black (the depression era hobo, not 1/2 of Tenacious D),
"How To Survive A Robot Uprising" by Daniel H Wilson (nothing new for me)
"House Of Leaves" by Mark Z. Danielewski (took forever, almost worth it)
Heroes
Dr. Buckaroo Banzai, M.D., PhD.
Adam Worth
Sir Richard Burton (the explorer, not the actor)

About me:
If offered a choice between pie and cake, I'd choose pie AND cake. But if forced, at gunpoint to select only one dessert, I'd choose Baked Alaska. Not because it's my favorite, but because it's a little like cake, a little like pie, but mostly like ice cream on fire.
By the by, not to sound standoffish, but I generally prefer that complete strangers send me a message before trying to add me as a friend, as a courtesy. I've met some amazing people that found me at random. But they were all nice enough to let me know that. Also, I've blocked band friend requests because I get them constantly. I'll take the time out to listen to your band if you take the time out to send me an actual personal message. Quid pro quo.
Who I'd like to meet: Classy troublemakers, with whom I might make a better class of trouble. And any rich folks who've run out of ideas as to fun new ways to spend their money. Have I ever got plans for you...
Celebrate the Holiday with Fleur de Tease. See us at One Eyed Jacks Sunday Dec 7. Two shows (8 & 10) with aerial, magic, and a ton of Christmas/Hanukah/Kwanza inspired burlesque.
Man, have I told you lately that I really do think you're swell and, you know, like, you kindof inspire me? Well don't let me start now. We should do tea sometime soon - yeah?
Hey you! My burlesque troupe is having our "Take us to L.A." fundraiser this Friday (May 23) at One Eyed Jacks. It is an interactive party where you can pop a balloon girl, take a picture with some lovely burlesque dancers, and even get dry humped by myself or Chris Lane. DJ Soul Sister, Brass Bed, Aurora Aerial, and Fleur de Tease will be performing. There are also will be the Camel Toe Lady Steppers, Big Easy Rollergirls, and the Dirty Coast Ninjas. Plus a ton of auction items, you can even win a date with Fleur de Tease. Doors are at 9pm and cover is only $10 Hope you can make it Trix
