| General | Love is the most important thing in life. Other than love, I'm all about music and performing. I also love working out, or at least the results of working out. I enjoy intellectual pursuits. Yep, I'm a smarty, even though people don't seen to know that about me. I read a lot and I love to write, it's probably the thing that I am best at. | | Music | I love music, all types of music. I like tunefull, memorable music. I like pop, rock, r&b, hip-hop, showtunes, jazz, everything.
I'm also way into classical music. My favorite composers are Tchaikovsky, Mozart, and, because I am a pianist, Chopin. My favorite conductors are George Solti and Vladimr Ashkenazy. | | Movies | The greatest and best movie ever made is Gone With the Wind. I also really like (in no particular order) Casablanca, Memento, Mulholland Drive, Kill Bill (both volumes, of course), Lord of the Rings (because Elijah Wood is super-hella fine!), Southpark, Saved, Velvet Goldmine, Dogville (can't wait for the sequels!), Sleeping Beauty, Blue Velvet, Titanic, Eternal Sunschine of the Spotless Mind, 2001: A Space Odyssey, the Shining, Edward Scissorhands, and I'll totallly think of more later. Moulin Rouge!, Fargo, I *heart* Huckabees, Harry Potter 3 & 4, Streetcar Named Desire (the young Marlon Brando was hottt!), Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (titles really should't have commas), Hero, House of Flying Daggers (yes, I am a Chinese-artsy-fartsy-action-movie whore), Once Upon a Time in Mexico, Gladiator, V for Vendetta, Lucky Number Slevin | | Television | I totally don't have time to watch TV anymore. period. I don't even have one. And my life is much better now, thank you. | | Books | I love 19th-century literature. My favorite author is Leo Tolstoy, so of course two of my favorite books are War and Peace and Anna Karenina. I have a huge thing for Jane Austen, all of her books are amazing. I also like Herman Melville, but not Nathaniel Hawthorne so much. I also don't like Dostoyevsky very well, interestingly enough. I am totally fanatic about Harry Potter, I think those are the best books written by anyone in the English language. They are totally not just for kids, they are for anyone who has ever been a kid, 'cause yeah, there's all sorts of magic and stuff, but what they're really about is dealing with growing up. I also just read Memoirs of a Geisha and absolutely loved it! I really liked Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. Attention Deficit Disorder by Brad Listi was so good, you don't even know |
