About me:

. My name is Dawn Anderson, and I was born and raised in Connecticut, but now live in Milan Italy with my husband and two daughters, where I teach English as a foreign language. I am also a writer, and have had several short stories published online and in print. My first novel, AUTUMN LEAVES . can be purchased online or from Barnes and Noble by clicking HERE. LAZY AFTERNOON is now published and available. This book is a collection of short stories and poems, ranging from the dark to the romantic. THE SILENCE of the FALL and MISFORTUNE'S DRAMA, two poems that appeared earlier on my blog at My Space, have received honorable mentions from THE SECRET ATTIC,a magazine hailing from the UK. A short story for the holiday season called, THE GIFT, has just been published by The Online Cynic Magazine and has won an honorable Mention in their annual Christmas Competition.
