“Erotic writing.” It just kinda snuck up on me without warning.
With some recent changes in my life, I've been encouraged to take this genre of writing more seriously and share it with a much larger audience. So, revealing these multi-genre stories of erotic fiction to anyone is definitely a new adventure for me.
My mother, a teacher, encouraged me to write my thoughts down at an early age, urging me to write from raw emotion with passion about any subject matter. Still, I'm not so sure she would have been thrilled about writing sex stories for a living. Sorry mom!
I think I really began to see the power of writing and words when I started helping a high school friend write love letters to his girlfriend! Since then, I have touched on more than a few forms of writing such as poetry, song lyrics, screenplays, short stories, public relations, and business writing.
Along the way, I've freelanced for various magazines and newspapers having the pleasure to have covered or interviewed Smokey Robinson, Joe Sample, George Duke, Stanley Clarke, Al Jarreau, Joe Montana, and Rasheed Wallace among other entertainers and pro athletes.
Recently, after several unsatisfying years of working in real estate and not doing any creative writing at all, I finally decided to dust off some of my old project ideas, get off my ass, and just WRITE! No excuses. Today, I am currently working on a screenplay, several mainstream writing projects and of course...my erotic romance!
I mainly concentrate on black, interracial, and multicultural erotic romance presenting scenes of love, passion and intense sex from this black man's point of view and imagination. -- While most of my erotic stories have been about black on black love, the first book project I'm working on involves seven short stories of interracial and multicultural relationships.
