   About Desertmaze and Beeharness
I'm Kris. Born in the good old year of '85. Lived in sunny coventry to the ripe old age of 7. Lived in the fishing port of Brixham ever since. Me cousin is also Chris and that makesa the band. He also lived in cov for a bit, don't think anyone likes it there that much really!! We started the band cos some mates of ours wanted a band to play in their cellar, so i spoke to some people, no one was interested except chris so we thought sod it, we'll do it! Both of us can drum, play bass and guitar and sing, so we had a jam. Decided to play all the riffs through a bass plugged into a disgustingly dirty distortion pedal and we were off. Then we thought we cud swap around for a bit. Thats why we're called Desertmaze and Beeharness. When Chris plays bass and sings and i play drums its Desertmaze and vice versa. Its gonna make you shit and eat your own shite. more episodes on youtube.com!

Coombeshead Studios

Coombeshead Studios are now looking to take on summer 2008 recording slots. If you are in a band and need a professional recording, we offer sessions at just £12.50 an hour on weekdays and £20 an hour on evenings (after 6pm) and weekends. All this paid time can be spent recording - mixing and editing can be done afterwards at no extra charge. If you wish to arrange a session, please message us and we will give you a list of available dates. Check out our top friends for examples of the recording quality, and the ’music’ section to see who we have worked with!

We also offer CD duplication at between 75p and £1.50 per CD for most requirements. This gets you a case, a print directly onto the CD face (no stickers!) and inlays. Contact us with your requirements for a quote.
Recordings do not have to be made at Coombeshead to qualify for this offer - if you already have recordings let us know and we can provide duplication for you!

Are the Plymouth and Torquay Punks gonna come out to play?

How could they not when we have the self proclaimed almighty gods of Punk Rock SHRAPNEL SUNTAN headlining these nights of raucous mayhem and disorder with local favourites HIV & The Positives, Justin Credible and the Droogs and the amazing Mr Mike Porter supporting what A NIGHT!

The 1 more tbc didn't confirm so if you fancy a gig and can play for free let me, Mo @ Punk Attack or Luke Soap Suds & PVA know.....

See you there......Cher =:)

We would like to thank all the bands who supported Coombeshead Studios during 2007. It was our busiest year ever at just short of 100 bands, and allowed us to spend several thousand pounds on some major upgrades, launching us from a low budget studio to a fully professional setup. We continue to offer our low budget prices but offer a greater flexibility of control and greatly improved quality!
