About me:

I'm a freelance writer, editor and legal/humanities researcher. While I'm happy to write about anything, my favourite areas are censorship, freedom of expresson, law in Malaysia, and other bits and bobs (including some fiction). Check out my blog, the Potted Plot.

Every third Wednesday of the month, I have a column on employment in the Sun newspaper. Some of my work is also available at at my Deviant Art project. Unfortunately, my Deviant Art has not been updated in awhile.

Recently, I was invited to contributed to Global Voices Advocacy, a project under Global Voices Online. I also have done two pieces for Index on Censorship.

My first book is out now. It's called "Fraser's Hill Haunts", part of the Get Spooked! series by Marshall Cavendish. I'm writing under the pseudonym 'Shadowtrails'. You can read more about it and/or purchase it here. Or just buy it from Amazon here.

My first piece of fiction was published online by Doorknobs & Bodypaint, a short short fiction website. It's in Issue #44, under Cairo Room, entitled "Breathing Safely".

Who I'd like to meet:

Looking to meet anyone who needs a researcher, especially a legal researcher. Anyone interested in hiring a writer or editor is also welcome to contact me.
