Originally from Wisconsin, Dan grew up playing music from a very early age. His parents saw a special gift at a young age and enrolled him in piano lessons at the age of 6. He became interested in jazz and pop around the age of 15 and and listened to whatever he could find available. Beside his early interest in the piano, Dan also tried his hand at other instruments such as the cornet, saxophone, and guitar. His musical interests kept him at the piano, but then a middle school music teacher introduced him to the world of synthesizers. Since that time, Dan has kept himself current on the latest music technologies and now incorporates these technologies into his own music. Over the years, he has played with many different musicians in a variety of settings. Most recently, Dan is working with different artists both live and in his studio, composing, playing, and producing. He hopes to eventually produce his very own CD project.
