D-MYST has launched their 'You are a Target' and 'Stop Toxic Movies' campaign. The campaign aims to expose how the tobacco industry targets young people day after day by using the media.
With the help of you we want to get smoking out of films, TV and the rest of the media for good! Stop Toxic Movies aims to raise the awareness of smoking in youth rated films and tighten regulations on how films are rated by regulators, such as the British Board of Film Classification

About me: D-MYST (Direct Movement by the Youth Smokefree Team) is a group run by, and for young people to voice their opinions on tobacco and smoking.
There are 10 members of D-myst, they are: Sean, Gina, Lyndsey, Nicola, Danielle, Ailene, Victoria, Micheal, Jenny and Gregory.
The groups project managers are Gina Perigo, Victoria Mather and Eilidh Robertson.
D-MYST provides young people with an opportunity to air their views and concerns on tobacco and to take action to de-normalise and de-glamorise smoking by:
Raising the awareness of the dangers of tobacco and exposure to second-hand smoke amongst other young people
campaigning for and promoting smokefree environments for all
Campaigning to get rid of smoking and the placement of tobacco products in the media that is predominantly targeted at young people
Our campaign is pro smokefree, anti-tobacco, not anti-smoker.
