I'm glad you're taking things "one thing/day at a time." Unfortunately, once we get to that overwhelmed state, it becomes this habitual cycle that too often gets way ahead of us and takes us down. I speak from experience. Balance is everything in life! Trust me on this one.
How are you doing? Haven't heard from you in awhile. Plans after graduation? Not sure yet? I know, it's a lot to think about. I just hope you're enjoying each day of the experience as it goes. Trust me, everything (and every day) in life is so very temporary. Enjoy the ride!
But that has nothing to do with wanting to stare at the camera, it only deals with taking and showing off the picture in the first place. I just read your xanga post, and I am right there with you (my dad always wants me to dress up for church, weddings, etc.). You ever consider that making yourself look nice has nothing to do with other people? (I would assume that to be the main reason you got the hair cut...) Also, shallow judgements extend further than looks...people are too afraid to look at who you really are. They are more content at looking at you how they want to see you, so you don't disappoint them. It is nice to know there are people who appreciate you for who you are. As Dr. Seuss said, "Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter, don't mind. "
I just noticed that everyone in my top friends thing has a picture that looks at the person looking at my profile...but my picture is looking the opposite way...
I know my myspace isn't a music one, silly! haha My dad actually wants to start one, and I thought maybe you could explain it to me so I could explain it to him. Thanks for the chords and email!
Senior year, hey? What are you studying again? and where are you "getting out of here" to? yeah Im still in PA, I like it a lot so I think I will be here a while!
That's cool. I haven't done much this summer. I've just moved down to San Diego where I will go to SDSU. I've mainly been busy cleaning and decorating my place. What about you? Did you do anything interesting this summer?
That last comment really was from Grammie. We were staying with them last weekend after camping the previous week in Tahoe. She wanted to see what Myspace was, and I was showing her some pictures... What are your plans for fall? School? Working? Freedom?
