The motormusicmonstermachine of Alexander Seewald a.k.a.”Doc.AtmosfearCrush” (noise, vox, concept), Tobias Krämer a.k.a. “Tomahawk” (distortion, guitar, overdrive) and Marco Müller a.k.a. “theMachete” (electro, efx, punk) is located in an old industrial building, abused as a place of art and alternative living since 1979.
By the hands of the artfatale.com designer Harry Seifert a.k.a. “theHarlequin” (pain, design, concept), these IDs form the art organism of [Esc.]Laboratory / Art Factory Worms.
Every piece of music is a recorded moment, inspired and reflected by the location..s very own social environment and architectural structure..
The characteristic sound of [Esc.]Laboratory / Art Factory Worms is made by the use of self-made strange instruments mainly made of rusty steel, processed in realtime by an amount of manipulatings. Shreddered to little pieces, again they get reconfigured, all together in another way. Further live-jams evolve the bits until they..ve reached the state of mega-byte-oblivion.
The act of drifting between the conceptional live-performances and the creative chaos of the studio-sessions brings the dynamic colour. At the legendary full-moon sessions, [Esc.]Laboratory / Art Factory Worms is re-enforced by Steffen K. a.k.a. “Dirty Dienschda 380” (disaster, bass, armageddon), as well as by Elena Kristina Lange-Hermstädt a.k.a. “Ellie Pirelli” (stories, voice, acceleration). Constantly we drive all our uninvited guests to get involved, too.
After the ghost dance, Doc.AtmosfearCrush touches the material by his morphing hands and manipulates their inner structure
