i was born a bastard in south carolina...
raised on southern gospel soul rhythm and blues.. the good news of grace being real and love true...i read william blake and knew i wanted to be a poet..and off towards the light i went..played in bands and got caught up in the darkness of sex drugs rock and roll..i am free now..older wiser at peace with myself...love salinger hesse jung campbell marley rumi emerson tolstoy...............
i sing of myths religions science philosophy history and all the arts trying to build a bridge between the human and divine...and finding the suchness oneness one little seed at a time....
truth wears many masks and has but one face..so i listen i dance and the kingdom of god is within us all..be still and know..like a caterpillar becomes a butterfly..like a sunflower bends towards the light..and evolution goes grows towards perfection....i have found my soul and will follow it whole..all art is a confession and this is mine..
in human beings i see the divine..
we don't choose to be creative we do it because we have to..over yonder is the door to madness and i leave it open every now and then...sometimes dancing is all i can understand.....i am a prisoner so forgive me for writing so much about freedom and salvation...the truth is god and god is love...
we change the whole world in parts..if it pertains to one it pertains to all..yes i contradict myself and in paradox we shall see the contrasts the choices the free will of the beautiful way...
