Hello Everyone,
There will be a memorial prayer for Tyrone's Family and Friends on 27th and Cherry were he was shot at at 6pm please bring a candle and light it at the service.......
For those of you that may not know Vibrant Ent lost a Brother Tyrone Love to a act of selfish Violence Monday Morning around 2am on Cherry. Tyrone was a person that everyone one loved and probably the most humble man i have every seen. The community and society alone lost a postive person that wanted to make Seattle a better place. he promoted stop the violence attended every meeting that was held for that. He didnt deserve to leave this earth so young...but in his process of life Tyrone rubbed off a lot of positve energey to you and I. Myself (Jamar) and Bruce of Vibrant Ent would like to thank each and everyone of you for the love and support that you have shown for Tyrone! Just please make sure you say a prayer for his family
Now as far as the memorial services that will be announced on a later date... We are trying to raise money for the Funeral Exspenses for Tyrone we want our Vibrant Brother to go out in style, Sunday we will be having a benefit concert at Columbia City Theater with live R & B and spoken word from seattles finest..all proceeds 100% will be gave to Tyrone Loves mother.....Also there is a Bank of America Account just created but **YOU CANT PUT ANY MONEY INTO THE ACCOUNT UNTIL TOMORROW** you go to the teller at any bank of america after today and tell them you would like to make a Donation to BENEVOLENT ACCOUNT FOR TYRONE LOVE, and make all checks to BENEVOLENT ACCOUNT FOR TYRONE LOVE...
This is a sad moment for all of us and as tears shed down my face typing this lets keep Tyrones name ALIVE!! and lets help find who did this! he deserves that! The Seattle Police gave me a 24 hour hotline to give leads and tips
To all Garfield Heads who knew Tyrone Love he passed away yesterday. May he R.I.P. He was my brother and his family was my family. I grew up with him on 32nd and Union. My condolences brother. I love you fam.

I got all kinds of pride about this 1998 - Purple and White business - and what makes it so strong is how much every individual in the class makes up such a mighty impact on their own and as a collective - this is just the beginning...
Thank you to Miriam (and the fam), Jamie Lynch, Mark Matsui, Joel Sanders, Jasmine and Talia for keepin the dance floor crackin' as always - everyone else who helped -and everyone who came / donated / wrote even if you couldn't come, etc.
I was thinkin - it would be extra fresh to have an annual party in the Summer just for people to stay connected more often - I don't think I can wait so long to see y'all again.
Ive told who i could and i resent out the evite to those that I have emails for. Not sure who is all comin but I hope to see as many 98 grads as possible. See ya Sat

Anyone who sees this, please pass my regards along to the rest of the class. My wife and I are in Europe until July. I hope everyone is doing well and I know our class will be strong enough to do another reunion in another decade. Everyone I have run into through the years is just as successful as I would have predicted back in the day.

Regarding Friday the 20th - I am planning a Soul / Funk concert ft. many alumni players from the G-House and various talented artists
- I'll give y'all an update soon - just working out some contract stuff for the event. I could potentially even reserve some upstairs areas in the venue for GHS heads who need their Friday fix (it's also the 1st official day of Summer - i.e.: "Summer Soulstice 2008")...
I like Stan's (aka Ace Black's) idea about a hotel spot for the after party / late night tip for the hard core Bull Dog squad kickin' it that Friday (Joel - is there any potential budget for that???) - I will keep y'all posted about that.
Mark Matsui has been gettin some great work done for the Sat night event (thanks, G!) - we got to get him a GHS hoody for his work...
