My wife and children, puppetry, cryptozoology, reading, folding space, drawing, Ireland, Irish culture, creating unusual music, elephants, searching for intelligent life under the floorboards, eating pizza with a good bottle of ale, watching cartoons, baseball, Cincinnati Reds, Boston Red Sox, soccer, bicycling.

I also enjoy be-bop jazz, classical, and strange music.

I enjoy old horror films from the 1930's to the 1960's, b-movies, science fiction & fantasy films, animation, and films that use puppets.
Television
I only watch teevee on DVD these days as I refuse to subscribe to cable/Dish TV. Favorites include: Doctor Who, Star Trek (the original is BEST!), The Addams Family, The Munsters, Gilligan's Island, Stargate SG-1, The Kids In The Hall, Upright Citizens Brigade, The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Mister Rogers Neighborhood, Captain Kangaroo, Jonathan Creek, Black Books, Monty Python's Flying Circus, Thunderbirds, Stingray, Captain Scarlet, Space: 1999, The Prisoner, Farscape, Good vs. Evil, Lexx, Poltergeist: The Legacy, The Chronicle, The Adventures of Brisco County Junior, In Search Of, Red Dwarf, and TONS of classic (1930s through 1970s) cartoons. Where is The 24 Hour Church of Cartoons!
Books
I work at a bookshop. I love books. Always have, always will. Being a father doesn't allow me as much reading time as I wish. When I can cram my nose between the pages I enjoy classic science fiction, books about cryptozoology, biographies of artists & musicians, lots of reference books including puppetry, Celtic mythology, film & television production, and books dealing with the odd and unknown corners of our world.
