Sounds Like
a good idea to order Elephant at the Ivy Tavern based on the name, but it was a really horrible choice. The waitress said it was an English pale, but it was an Irish malt liquor. I had essentially spent $4 on a pint's worth of Carlsberg's version of Colt45.
While waiting for 10pm to arrive, Sarah Porter discovered that Windows Sound Recorder isn't such a piece of shit after all! She recorded "missing the chip" and "blankets and pillows". Jay O'Malley is now a Wife and with Sarah has recorded a handful of songs. They eat pizza around 2:30 on Tuesdays. They eat pizza at 6:30 on Thursdays if Tuesday doesn't work. Metro is the best, but other places make pretty good pizza too. Sometimes they play music. When they do, it's at 30 Nothing. They don't write songs, they just make them. Jay says being part of the band is "more painful than childbirth", but what the hell does he know about that?...................................................
OH, and Jay made THIS:
love the big crescendo at 1:46 of blankets and pillows...reminds me of when dave moss says: "Fuck You Ricky...who the fuck are you? Bishop Sheehan, Friend to the working man, Fuck You!!!"
