Sleazonal Greetings Sinners, The DEVIL’S JUKEBOX has five VERY good reasons why you should be at the PACKHORSE, (Woodhouse Lane, Leeds, opp. Library pub) on FRIDAY 12th DECEMBER.
1) We’re being supported by TOM ATTAH- a seriously great bluesman from the delta basin of South Yorkshire, X-RAY CAT- rockabilly hep cat and seriously all round nice chap, and the man, the legend, the serious seriousness that is SERIOUS SAM BARRETT.
2) The new speakers I bought, for those of you who missed us last time, have turned out to be every bit as crystal clear as I thought they might be.
3) It’s my birthday…
4) It’s probably the last time we’re going to be playing for quite some time as one of our number is heavily pregnant.
5) We may if we get it done in time, and I stress may, be launching our new CD.
So Five Good reasons to drink yourself silly before New Years.
