We have two dining options at our location. The original Dog Days has an eclectic menu featuring portions & prices for all appetites. We are offering many new menu items including: tropical-inspired dishes, more seafood options, and some unique wraps. Old favorites include: the Gulf Coast Grouper, Mango Shrimp, & the Insane Taco. In 2005, a second dining option became available at "the Dog" when the Dog Pound Raw Bar opened. This complete open-air bar at the water's edge specializes in chilled jumbo peel & eat shrimp, buckets of Snow Crab legs, & fresh-shucked Gulf Oysters.

At Dog Days you can hear just about every type of music imaginable. Our background music consists of playlists of popular music from different genres dating from the 60's to today. You might hear something like Rihanna, Toby Keith, the Rolling Stones, Maroon 5 , and Poison all in a row. We like to keep the heads bobbin' & the booties shakin'! Like the weather in Missouri, if you don't like what's playing at the time, just wait, it will change soon!Our live music scene consists of the same thing. About me: Since 1993, Dog Days Bar and Grill has been one of the top dining, drinking, and entertainment destinations at the Lake of the Ozarks. If the name doesn't sound familiar, think "Salty Dog". Due to a trademark dispute, the name was voluntarily changed to Dog Days in 2005. During its 13 years in operation, Dog Days has thrived due to its diligence for providing great food & drink options, outstanding friendly service, and quality entertainment in a beautiful lakefront setting.
Centrally located less than 1 mile off Hwy. 54 in the heart of Osage Beach, Dog Days is easily one of the more accessible restaurants on the water for tourists, boaters, barhoppers, shoppers, and for locals to hit on their lunch break. Within view of the Grand Glaize Bridge at the 19 MM, Dog Days also provides the best viewing of the main channel activities of boaters on their way to and from the infamous "Party Cove".

One of the best memories is when we left Saturday night there were some people out by their car and they had just put in JC's Ignition album and were jamN' to it in the parking lot!
