They are abandoned and hopeless. They just want a full stomach, somewhere warm to sleep and a little love.
Be a Hero.
Who I'd like to meet: Due to an overwhelming response and support for our cause, we have decided to establish a new non-profit foundation (thedogdays.org) dedicated to raising money for the ASPCA and various other animal-aid organizations (including Out of the Pits, Mohawk-Hudson River Humane Society and To Hell and Back Pitbull Rescue just to name a few). We must help them help our furry friends in their time of need. Many of these programs are falling on hard times due to our struggling economy, so it's up to us to do what we can.
Nearly TWELVE MILLION animals are euthanized EVERY YEAR due to overpopulation, disease, abuse and neglect. 100% of ALL proceeds raised through events, raffles, sales and donations will be used for spay/neuter programs to help keep populations at responsible levels as well as programs to help feed and care for animals desperately in need. Some of the proceeds will also be donated to animal-aid and education programs to help stop abuse and neglect.
