Dogfighter are an Alternative Rock four piece hailing from Christchurch.

Dogfighter’s distinctive sound was first uncovered within the waking thoughts of a man, then refined by a Rhythm section that sounds as one organism and decorated with layers of visceral guitars. The combined result is at once a statement of brute strength and calm sophistication.

Dogfighter’s short tenure in the New Zealand music consciousness thus far has found them air play on Fleet FM, as well as a clutch of shows met with enthusiastic response from startled audiences.
