Dogs Without Sweaters was formed in 1982. Surprisingly, they are still together and sounding better than ever. As a cover band, they work hard to put together a strong instrumental foundation to each song, with a strong emphasis on tight vocals (lead and harmony). Don't be fooled, this is no Donny & Marie / Hanson sounding group...these guys run the gammet, from hard rockin' Doobie Brothers to the softer sounds of Neil Diamond.
Crowd participation is a key element to all of their shows. Crowds always seem to understand and delight in their parts on Sweet Caroline, Mony Mony or Crocodile Rock.
The DWS repetoire consists of extremely recognizable hits that will bring memories flooding back. The Dog show will ignite the fire inside you and make you want to get out and dance. They only play a few times a year, so if you get the chance, check them out...you won't be disappointed!
