Dog Voices, one of the East Coast’s top cover bands, features an incredible high energy show filled with excitement and musicianship. Playing an average of 225 shows a year since 1995, this band really knows how to rock and keep it hot!
Hailing from northern New Jersey, Dog Voices has toured the country extensively, bringing down the house up and down the east coast, throughout New England, down through Florida and even in the Bahamas!
Dog Voices has performed at a variety of events, including two STANLEY CUP celebrations for the NJ DEVILS, the NY GIANTS and JETS as well as at corporate parties for STRAUSS NEWSPAPERS, RE/MAX, CHASE MORTGAGE, and CNBC, to name just a few. Dog Voices has also made numerous television appearances on such networks as MTV, VH1, and FOX 5 among many others. The band recently donated it's performance services to three of our wounded Marines. The event was sponsored by THE MARINE CORPS LEAGUE and ATTY. GEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL.
Spearheaded by founding original member/Drummer/Vocalist Rich Mattalian, the band consists of the tremendous vocal and musical ability of Paul Zogby on Lead Vocals/Lead Guitar, Daichi Kono on Bass Guitar/Vocals and Robert Bachmann on Lead Guitar/ Keyboards/Vocals. Dog Voices boasts 4 lead singers in one band!
Along with his tenure with Dog Voices, Mattalian has played with area cover legends Flashback, Voices, and Yasgur’s Farm. He has also worked with industry greats including THE NERDS, The Sugar Hill Gang, Lilian Garcia, Glenn Hughes and Badlands. He was also featured on VH1's "Cover Wars" Program and has shared the stage with The Beach Boys, Chuck Berry, Grand Funk Railroad, Eddie Money among many more.
Paul Zogby has toured North America extensively with several groups including Atomika & Scraggly Jane and has performed with 50's sensations Danny And The Juniors. He has also shared the stage with Eddie Money, Loverboy & 38 Special among many others. He has received accolades for his tenure with top California/Nevada acts Rob Hanna and Carl Driggs.
