Well, I joined the Navy at the ripe age of 18. I have been in for 9 1/2 years and have loved every minute of it. I've been to countries all over the world and lived in Japan for 2 years. I started out going to school in the Navy for a year and a half then got to my first ship the USS Cowpens (CG-63). Spent two years in San Diego and two years in Japan with that ship. From there I went to White Sands Missile Range and spent three years there. I was picked up for the Seaman to Admiral program. Recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Have been in Pensacola, FL since January '08. I'm getting ready to start up with the helicopter syllabus and can't wait!
