Doing Indy is a great show about all of the cool, fun, hip, unique and exciting things to do in Indy. Indy is such a great town with so much to offer so we created a weekly show that highlights that. You need to check out our show to see all of the cool places and interesting people we encounter. Check us out "OFFICIALLY" at WWW.DOINGINDY.COM.
Who I'd like to meet: People who are into video production, music, traveling, learning, sharing information, creative, funny and cool. If you love to laugh and learn something cool then we will get along nicely!
Service industry night w/ an acoustic open stage @ the Vollrath
Every Thursday @ the Vollrath I'm trying to create a Thursday open stage that helps musicians find a fan base. There are so many great musicians out there that haven't been heard. So I've created a service industry night that caters to bartenders and servers from Indianapolis restaurants a place where friends can get together after work and enjoy some of Indy's finest musicians. This is a great way to get your name out there, by playing for Indy's concierges. These same servers and bartenders will be going back to work to tell their co workers and regular customers about this awesome singer, song writer, band or whatever the case may be. You can even bring cds, band info, t-shirts, to sell or give away. (shakedown) The Vollrath lounge is 1.5 miles south of monument circle and 2 blocks east of Meridian St.

I hope 2009 is filled with much love, good health for yourself, family, and friends, and the riches only the love of family and friends can bring to a person! Tina
Well good luck with that...as a student of Hospitality I am a fan, as Hoosier native I am extremely appreciative!
By the way I am graduating from UCF in May for Hospitality & Tourism, how does one try to get a job with the ICVA? I tried looking at the website but there is nothing about jobs.
