In 1980 "Doktor Spira i Ljudska Bica" (Dr. Spira and Human Beings) started in Belgrade, Yugoslavia. They recorded "Dijagnoza" (Diagnosis) in "Druga Maca" studio where Spira was an in-house producer and engineer ... The album was released independently. It was a 50 numbered copies limited edition vinyl, with hand written white labels..... In 1986 PGP (a major Yugoslavian label at the time) re-released "Dijagnoza"... Spira kept playing live with the band and writing new music. In 1987 with a with new band members Spira recorded "Dizajn za stvarni svet"..... Spira moved to London, United Kingdom in 1998, where he still lives..... Multimedia Records (a Serbian subsidiary of Universal Records) is releasing a double album “Arheoloski artefakti tehnofilskih civilizacija proslosti ili Naucna fantastika kao zanr u umetnickim delima s kraja dvadesetog veka”, digitally re-mastered version of “Dijagnoza” and “Dizajn za stvarni svet”.
