Simon was drummer with World Domination Enterprises and Terminal Cheesecake as a youngster in the early 90's and also played bass with Cheesecake's label mates Thule. Then after time spent as promoter of North London dives such as the Bull & Gate and Monarch he took to many years on the road as front of house engineer with acts such as Gunshot, Collapsed Lung, Credit To the NationDream City Film Club & Fat - through whom he was fortunate enough to find a nice office position in a management company working alongside Cathal (Chas)Smyth(Smash)and co. Looking after the likes of Aquasky, Finitribe & Madness. He was soon able to build his own roster with bands such as King Prawn & Gunshot. After some-time he returned to his roots of sound & production and a year or so after Daniel was born in 2002 the family relocated to sunny Ipswich where, after working for The Junction in Cambridge (running a youth music project) he now manages the PA Supercentre as well as working alongside the marvelous Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer from Brighton, trying to make Chap-Hop a way of life. Also doing (hopeful)booking for Portuguese act 'Da Weasel' in the UK. Aside from that always up for playing & jaunts off DJing on the very rare (these days) instance and have been instrumental in helping establish the very-fine Blue Room Music venue in Ipswich and still trying to get to grips with Portuguese language after a year's night school and many trips spent to the western edge of the continent, which is where the goal is to be one day....
Mrs D (formerly O'Connor) is a retired metal warrior. Having spent the best part of a decade doing press for waaay too many bands, she hung up her cod-piece and accepted that it was time to pass the title of "Supreme Goddess of Promotion" (as bestowed by Joey DeMaio, be-loin-clothed "legend" from Manowar) on. Highlights of the past few years include building bands like Lacuna Coil, Arch Enemy, In Flames, Dimmu Borgir & God Forbid in the UK, working with many other heavyweights like Napalm Death, S.O.D., The Haunted, Nevermore, Strapping Young Lad etc., having the first ever female musician (the lovely Cristina) on the cover of Terrorizer magazine, followed by the first ever female winner of Best Vocalist in the readers polls in said mag (Our Ange from Arch Enemy) and generally kick-starting the renaissance in dodgy metal bands in the UK by persuading a promoter to put Udo Dirkshneider from Accept on once. Fistfuls of cash and happy gumbies ensued. Balls to the wall indeed. Now entering the second year of her English degree at the spanking-new University Campus Suffolk, she hopes to get a proper job one day, although will never say never!
