After several bands and projects, I'm recording some stuff on my own, collaborating with some trusted friends, but mainly solo. I'm trying to play pretty much everything myself. The idea is to keep it simple and personal too.
"Nuevo", a tune which developed over some time, stars a wicked trumpet solo by Sam Wooster and Vanessa Chia on percussion.
Whenever I'm listening to it and the trumpet solo kicks in I always have to grin, can't help it.
Galley Cat is a Soundscape I recorded with Alex Pearson. We didn't use any effects just for cross fades and cuts, not even eq. It's quite relaxing to listen to it, but don't expect anything conventional!! : )
Hey Dom Dom, how are you? Hows ol Bristol? And your boats? And your woman? hehe. Hope that it's going well, good to see that you're still doing all the musical stuff. Let me know if you wants a album cover innit. x
