General	I play guitar and bass, hoping to one day form a band and conquer the world... or South Yorkshire... also trying to get into production/dance music - currently saving up to buy Reason, since I'm in love with the demo version. I'm into computer games (tomboy alert) - especially AvP2, Doom 3, Silent Hill 4 and Half Life 2 - basically anything with the potential to scare the living crap out of me Obviously i like music, movies and books when I have time. Recently read World War Z by Max Brooks. HIGHLY recommended!! I go out, ALOT! If you see me, feel free to buy me Jack Daniels ;) And being a typical girl, I like shopping... eBay is the best, but spur of the moment trips to Camden or erm, Division Street, are always on the agenda
Music	Anything as long as it's good!! Current bands/people i'm loving - Tool, Depeche Mode, Smashing Pumpkins, Tori Amos, Jack Off Jill, Queen Adreena, Tura Satana, Human Waste Project, Machine Head, The Prodigy, Leftfield, Massive Attack, Killswitch Engage, Hole, Veruca Salt, Radiohead, Mansun, A Perfect Circle, Ani DiFranco, 3 Colours Red, Auf Der Maur, Pitchshifter, Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, Stone Temple Pilots, Gene, New Order, Opeth, Strapping Young Lad, Within Temptation ... far too many to list really... I also like other random stuff like Alisha's Attic, Christina Aguilera, Beyonce and good euphoria/trance dance music... guilty pleasures!! I'm also open to reccomendations and hearing new bands, so if you've got one I don't mind if you whore it here!
Movies	I like lots of movies.. a few current favourites: Alien Quadrilogy (yes, even Resurrection!), Blade, Batman Begins, Goodfellas, True Romance, Kill Bill, Lord Of The Rings, Shaun Of The Dead, Heat, A Time To Kill, Requiem For A Dream, Life Of David Gale, Shawshank Redemption, Seven, Saw, Fight Club.. well.. alright, that's a fairly long list.. but there's still tons of others I still need to see
Television	Family Guy, Frasier, Desperate Housewives, Lost, Black Books, Spaced, The Simpsons, Dead Ringers... the news... Big Brother (because what other TV show can make you THAT bored and THAT angry at the same time?? except maybe Newsnight..)
Books	Stephen King - particularly IT, The Stand and The Shining Neil Gaiman - American Gods, Neverwhere... Good Omens is fantastic, I would reccomend to anyone Michael Crichton - Jurassic Park and The Lost World. DAMN good books! I also like some kids books like Harry Potter and Watership Down Recently read World War Z by Max Brooks, American Psycho by Brett Easton Ellis and a biography of Depeche Mode. About to start on The DaVinci Code. Well, I thought I should see what the fuss is about! I really should read more!

About me:

I'm 23 years old now (getting on a bit, so speak up!), and working as a Support Worker in a care home for adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. Bit of a mouthful, lot of a handful! Basically I have poo flung at me on a daily basis...

I'm still very much living the student life when I can. Drinking too much, crashing on people's sofas, getting up to all kinds of shennanigans. You know the score. Well if you can't do it when you're young...

I have absolutely no idea what I want to do with my life now. I admit it, I just don't know. Rockstar sounds like a nice job, but how likely is that?! I'm actually thinking of returning to uni and doing something along the lines of medicine or something science-y. Basically I'm fascinated by hospitals and that whole kind of environment. That might sound wierd, but at least I didn't say morgues or cemetaries...

I'd love to travel more - Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, all across the USA, Canada and Greenland to see the Northern Lights are all on my list. If anyone wants to fund these trips, then by all means, send me money!
