Janine Innace Sosa - Drums & Percussion. She came from New York, looking for a way to express herself through her music, and she found dónde. Her inborn musical talents and expansive knowledge of rock and pop music gives her the perfect combination to play just about anything with a solid, steady rhythm that holds the bottom together seamlessly with the bass. She can sing all the words to any Pink Floyd or Frank Sinatra tune, which just about covers the range of her musical influence, except for the recent foray into the new millennium at the prodding of her band mates.
Gloria Sosa - Upon finding her sitting at a piano when she was 4 years old her parents, thinking they heard something resembling music, found her a piano teacher (Mrs. Moore) who would actually take a four year old. When she got a drumset for Christmas at age ten, Gloria formed her first band, The Armitage Collision(@), made up of her 6 year old brother and her 8 year old friend. After ten years of relentless practice for her weekly piano lesson, Gloria opted for the safety of high school choir and constant harmonizing to old 60's musicals with her older brother and sister. Once she hit college, it was non-stop Led Zeppelin, Rush, Santana, and The Who, and finally, a guitar to play with. Her best friend in college (Bri, & the rest of you know who you are) and his band mates were her heroes, her teachers, and her guides. She played coffee houses and open mikes with her sister and anyone who would sing and play. She wrote whenever possible, and sang back-up harmony for many of her musician friends before finally meeting the eclectic mix now called dónde

Sounds Like
Hard Acoustic Rock with a driving beat and vocals that combine the rawness of Janis Joplin with the screams of Robert Plante, the humor of Alanis Morrisette, and the clarity of Grace Slick.
After years of searching for the perfect blend of talent, we stumbled upon a a tempo-driven song-conscious "drumma" and a Spanish-speaking guitar-playing singer who fit perfectly to form a full sound, especially when accompanied by the many talented musicians who join in to round out this talented duo. The band performs rock classics as well as newer girl rock and old Spanish/Cuban/Mexican folk tunes in English and in Spanish.
Can you imagine Robert Plante uttering his famous screams from the heart of a Latina in her native language?
Can you picture a beautiful rhythm section powered by an innate, secure sexuality that can only be communicated by a woman whose knowledge of song structure completes the trio's creative energy and makes it one in sound? If you can, then you have an idea of what the foundation of the dónde sound brings to your soul.
