    conclusion?
The SAME one I've had all along.
That the WIFE of the ex prez who now heads the
    innovative International Clinton Foundation
WOULD have had a better GRASP of this looming
    WORLD CRISIS
    than...a first term senator from...chicago.
But we chose instead, as a nation,
to make a "statement" how...sixties...of us.

btw, my mother and millions of other trusting open
minded seniors DID vote for and place their faith in
    Barack Obama.

But...at 57...I was truly chilled to see just HOW many
times in the primaries against Hillary Clinton
some snarky gentexter obamacrat posted at KOS
"I wish ALL those old boomers would just...die."

How many are STILL LIVING who remember
the horror of the1918 spanish flu epidemic?
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spanish_flu
that was spread by soldiers returning from WWI.
TRAVEL is the new WWI everything spreads now.
And faster than it can be monitored and managed.
We HAVE to be on TOP of these new killer bugs!
Ironically...do you know WHY it was called
    The Spanish Flu?
That was ABOUT journalism not point of origin
"Spain, a neutral country in WWI, had no special censorship for news against the disease and its consequences. Hence the most reliable news on the disease came from Spain."
As in...Spain was the one country that was honestly
REPORTING on the cause and dire consequences
    of the epidemic of 1918.
Exactly what I'm saying here about THIS coverage!
These "news" stories (from highly reliable agencies)
are NOT so much telling us what is really going on
    with the swine flu front
They are deftly...suggesting...that we should not be
    concerned about swine flu.
It doesn't MATTER that there is not ENOUGH vaccine
    cause we...probably...won't need it...anyway.
    So...tell me...do you feel...lucky?

A friend writes to reassure me...
Months ago it was discovered anyone 51 years of age or older
is very likely to have immunities to Swine flu.
Not sure if you recall.. I was 12... so it would have been in 68,
schools were given swine flu shots. Knocked me on my ASS.
A week with a high fever, in bed my parents pouring liquids into me.
Don't know if that was a state or federal thing but...
I must have some immunities left over.

Well, thanks for info that might protect...me.
It's welcome news IF it's true...
but I say "likely"...is NOT GOOD ENOUGH
when it comes to crafty lethal influenza
and "probably" is NOT a sound health policy

and isn't there something...creepy...in that 1984 doublespeak way about this AP article?
(seniors don't really MIND if they die from this?)
    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090917/ap_on_he_me/us_med_swine_flu_elderly;_ylt=AihEAA2K88YqXBYNezld_qsR.3QA;_ylu=X3oDMTE1dmtrc2hpBHBvcwMxBHNlYwN5bi1jaGFubmVsBHNsawNzZW5pb3JzbGFyZ2U-
At the SAME time vaccine production is far LESS than forecast insuring that certain groups of people (like frail seniors vulnerable to lung issues) WONT get vaccinated against a killer flu predicted to hit a third of the world population!
    http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20090918/hl_nm/us_flu_who;_ylt=Al6ni0OV_FAPRIXeuvDtJH6W_aF4;_ylu=X3oDMTJkNDBmNWg5BGFzc2V0A25tLzIwMDkwOTE4L3VzX2ZsdV93aG8EY3BvcwMBHBvcwMzBHNlYwN5bl90b3Bfc3RvcmllcwRzbGsDaDFuMXZhY2NpbmVw
And, again, in THAT Rueters release we are
being told to "don't worry be happy"
that one dose SEEMS to be enough and
    big countries will...share...with little countries.
    What if they DON'T SHARE?
What if one dose DOESN'T protect?
What if seniors are NOT immune?
And what if, all the people who COULD have
been protected GET the flu and the bastard virus
has ALL those needless opportunities to...mutate...

I wass shocked to just learn that under "federal guidelines" american
seniors are being sent to the END of the line for swine flu vacines!!!!
    EVEN AFTER HEALTHY ADULTS!
the EXCUSE given is that it is PRESUMED by swine flu researchers
    that older people may have...some...immunity?!)
I have an 84 year old mother with weakened lungs.
Does Obama think I'm willing to let her "risk it"
or does he just not...value...old people who didn't vote for him?

    Hello friends in Hillary....

I admit I have not been here for a long time...
Not really because I have...given up the fight
but it's taking a long time from the wounds to heal...
And I'm not giving UP on the future...
    I just can't...see it right now...you know?

    On Gun Control

Pres. Barack Obama at a recent rural elementary school assembly in East Texas, asked the audience for total quiet.
Then, he started to slowly clap his hands once every few seconds,
holding the audience in total silence.

Then he said into the microphone, 'Children, every time I clap my hands together, a child in America dies from gun violence.'

Then, little Richard Earl, with a proud East Texas drawl, pierced the quiet and said: "Well, dumbass, stop clapping!"
