About me:

Thousands of years ago, the Toltec were known throughout southern Mexico as women and men of knowledge. Anthropologists have spoken of the Toltec as a nation or a race. But the Toltec were scientists and artists who formed a society to explore and conserve the spiritual knowledge and practices of the ancient ones. It may seem peculiar that they combined the secular with the sacred, but the Toltec considered science and spirit to be the same since all energy, whether material or ethereal, is derived from the same source and governed by the same universal laws. The Toltec came together as masters (Naguals) and students at Teotihuacan, the ancient city of pyramids outside Mexico City known as the place where "Man becomes God". Teotihuacan remained the Toltec center of spiritual knowledge and transformation for many thousands of years and still endures as a living repository of silent knowledge. Over the millennia, European conquest, coupled with a brief period of rampant misuse of personal power by a few of the apprentices, forced the Naguals to conceal the ancestral wisdom and maintain its existence in obscurity. They thought it was important to shield the knowledge from those who were not prepared to use it wisely or who might again intentionally misuse it for personal gain Fortunately, the esoteric Toltec knowledge was embodied and passed on through generations by different lineages of Naguals. Though it remained veiled in secrecy for hundreds of years, ancient prophecies foretold the coming of an age when it would be necessary to return the wisdom to the people. Now, don Miguel has been guided to share with us the powerful teachings of the Toltec. Toltec knowledge arises from the same essential unity of truth as all the sacred esoteric traditions around the world. Though it is not a religion, it honors all the spiritual masters who have taught on the earth. Though it does embrace spirit, it is most accurately described as a way of life. Unlike our familiar experience, this way of life is distinguished by the ready accessibility of happiness and love. Don Miguel Ruiz

Thanks for the add. Transcix's Guide to Crossing the Abyss is a ground-breaking site, offering important, empowering truths about many of the great mysteries of life. And the truths are all highly logically conclusive, often even apriori. The extent to which these truths cannot easily be found anywhere else on the internet is truly a testament to the poverty of the modern marketplace of ideas.

    Examples of truths elaborated:
    - "infinity" does not exist [apriori]
    - eternity/time possesses a specific beginning point [apriori]
    - the nature of the 'first cause' is consciousness (not necessarily sentient)
    - the unconscious/subconscious does not exist for everybody

    Namaste

The Season Old Story Of "Deer Lee"

"Dear Lee was smarter then all Does who had came before before him
    An unexpected Martial arts phenomenon
The place he lived soon became known as the Petrified Forrest
No hunter dared raise a weapon to his people because of fear
All was well for as long as he lived there
Cautious Humans put up signs outside of his territory
It became known as the 1st wildlife preserve

It's rumored that Rude Darf a cousin of his
    With a substance abuse problem
    challenged Dear Lee
Only to flee after receiving one blow
    To his overly sensitive nose
It is said that he modified the story
And made a name for himself elsewhere

Unfortunately for the inhabitants of the Petrified Forrest
Everything changed when Dear Lee departed
It is said that he was last seen in Venice somewhere with two chicks
    They looked hot
The validity of that story has never been confirmed
Even though It is favored by drunken bears
Who seem to get a laugh out of it every time it's told
It is only fair to mention that Dear Lee knocked the "paws off"
    Of the bears' champion fighter
And that is actually where that saying originated
So the story that they are so fond of spreading to many
seems to be a sly attempt at revenge

However, what is known is that everywhere
    Does who know
    Await Dear Lee's Return"

    Don,

"Part 1 Of: The Axe Mergerer"

I'd lost my job as an international translator
Because of my love for jokes
Before I could even get to my
"Psyche! I Bet you didn't see that coming!"
    My supervisor said
    "That isn't funny"
And called me into his office
Just to have security show me out the door

    I finished my punchline outside
    Then had to run
    No one told me security
    Was carrying guns
    I guess there's no time
    For redefining the lines
    Between clean and dirty jokes
    In international waters
    Head down
I headed back to my family's business
    Knowing I'd have to find
    Another way to save it
    It had fallen into
    Such a dismal state
Since I had taken my place
    As the new CEO
Only having one way left to go
I knew I'd have to consider my new fiancé's father's offer
Before my own parents could take a closer look at the books
Since the international business community was showing me
As little love as comedy clubs
    I felt trapped
Only my babe and the wall had my back at this point
How could our families fortune have been so easily erased
By my ingenious plan to take over
    Horse races?
There was no gambling in it
    But still, I'd failed
And would have to get it all back
Before facing the looks on their disappointed faces
    They were getting too old
To just pack up and move out of town
    Again
    Geez
With so few states left to begin again in
I knew that it was time for me to make a stand
    Getting on the phone
    I played my final hand...,

    Don,

"If We're Faithful, There'll Be Tears"

"Sometimes insecurities write the songs We sings
And strings pulled on our hearts play along
    Don't forget me songs
I think about you when I'm gone
Thats why I don't stay far away from air
    I've got to breath
    You
    Near me
    No matter where I go
Know that I won't be playing long
    No matter what you hear
These will always be your songs
    Heavy thoughts will clear
    When my work is done

    It's just a stage a play
    Engineered
    Love lies on display
    Dreams and fears
And if we're faithful there'll be tears

    Leaving reaching hands
    The smoke will clear
    I'll wave false hopes away
    And soon be gone

Hoping you'll see me through the fog
I'll leave my heart right here
Least I lose it in the dark
    Illusive
    Atmosphere
And think it's what I really want

Sometimes fear of losing writes the songs we sing
And strings pulling our thoughts play along
    Don't you miss me songs?
What do you do without me when you're gone?
Why can't I breath the air?
Another minute will be too long
It's just the "At Most Fear"
    Way we've been living
    Writing songs

    It's just a stage a play
    Engineered
    Love lies on display
    Dreams and fears
And if we're faithful, there'll be tears"

    Don,

    "Big Fat Hope"

    He took to the streets
    Shouting
Pumping his fist in the air
    A failed comedian
    Who's one and only joke
had just gotten him curious stares
The punch line stuck in his mind
    He'd gone completely blind
    With insanity
    He repeated it endlessly
    Hoping to find a laugh
    People witnessing his melt down
    Gained courage
    And followed
Letting out all of their pent up sorrows
    Eventually
    He went down in history
As the brave man who came out of nowhere
    To save tomorrow

    With his rallying cry

    "Bring back
    Big Fat Hope"

    In other words
May even your mistakes work out for you fabulously
Have an unexpectedly successful rest of the week

    Welcome Don,

    "The Legend Dairy Crew"

Today I tried to get away from the madness of the city
Went to a farm to relax
Ran across a loud mouth hip hop cow
    That called himself

    "Legend Dairy"

I'll admit, he could milk a beat
And his words flowed like butter
    But his catch phrases
    "Word to the Udders"
    And "Moo Over!!!"
    Came up way too often
And The chips he was eating
    Were suspect, at best
While praising his minister, Pastor Eyes
    He deep branded a tattoo
    Right before my eyes

Talking about things that "could be
    Found up
    In the great round up"
    His dancer circling around us

    I figured I needed to U-Tube
    These dudes because
    Who'd believe me?

    When his D.J., Udder Lee
    Closed my laptop and said
    "Take it easy
There is only one brand of computer you can use
That will get you through the gateway
    Ain't that right, 'Mac'?"
He motioned to his yes cow knowing full well what he would say

So, I decided to just forget about the whole crazy incident
    And ask you
    How was your day?

    Hey Don,

I read your last book 4 agreements, 4 times. I recommend it
to as many people I can because it seems to help wake them up out
of that thick fog of nonsense they were raised with. Anyway, looking forward to
the new book in January and hope you put it out on audiobook too
(my preferred format) Anyway thanks for sharing your wisdom with us all.
