I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT MY INCAPACITATING INJURIES DID NOT HAPPEN BEFORE MY CHILDREN WERE ADULTS,MY YOUNGEST WAS 4 MONTHS AWAY FROM BEING 18 WHEN I GOT TEE BONED.

I was a nurse, mom of 3,competative surfer,code enforcement,artist, and a corporate accountant, now I am
trying to retrive the pieces of my life ripped out from under me in the blink of an eye. I applied for a govt grant to open a cultural community center in the Bay area to help people that are Victims of : Trauma,Society@Large,Inner City Kids Project,Identity issues from being bi-racial and the Racism, Drugs & alchol ,Displacement & Resources,for victims of Daibetes and pollution brought here.

Sharkeys Surf Camp for inner city youths at Ron Jons,the most famous surf shop in the world (accomodations at Cape Caribe Resort) Sharkey's Adventure Summer Surf Camp does'nt work for Ron Jons or Ron Jon's Surf School we work in Partnership with them!

Pre-registration is tonight at Holiday Inn Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach from 5:30-8:30pm. There is also a beach registration on Sat at 7:30am if you can't make it tonight.
Contest is for all ages and geared towards family ~ LOTS of kids enter. Fund raiser luau is Sat night ~ you can download entry form .. it should have price/categories to enter.

The Waterman's Challenge is a family oriented, grass roots, surf contest established to raise funds for the Cocoa Beach Surf Museum. A contest where camaraderie and the spirit of aloha is easy to spot and the kids walk away with smiles. SYNDICATTE's artist coordinator will be at the event volunteering. Stop by & meet some pro-surfers!
